Portfolio Refresh
Portfolios are like wardrobes, they need to be cleaned and refreshed every so often. With all the new work I’m producing I thought it was time to shake things out a bit and see where I’m at with my photography.
Choosing images for a portfolio is — for those of you who have never had the pleasure — a bit like pulling out your hair, but only specific hairs. But they all look the same, right? Which is the problem; when all your work is of the same quality, how can you pick specific works?
For this refresh I decided to divide it into ‘People‘ and ‘Places‘, which generally describes what I’m interested in. (Ha! Name a person who isn’t interested in those things too!) Both those galleries are up now, next is to shake up my wedding portfolio, and my ‘HIROSHIMA‘ gallery remains unchanged. Speaking of ‘HIROSHIMA‘ I am looking forward to going back March next year and continuing the project. But more on that later.
